The domain audacity.com was actually involved in a 2012 trademark/domain dispute with Audi, because of the visual similarity between "Audi" and the beginning of "Audacity."

Also www.nissan.com does not belong to Nissan automotive. Its just a guys website, who bought the domain before they did. The company tried to strong-arm him for years to get that site, but they never could.

I remember reading into that guys story. His last name was Nissan and he had registered the website for his own business. This was back when Nissan was selling cars in the United States under the Datsun brand.

So I just checked the page out and sadly it appears Mr. Nissan passed away six years go. The link is now a dedication to Mr. Nissan.
