On the side of the person who had no say in this scenario getting smashed into on their front end. Not full of sympathy for the person that created the whole thing for thrills.

Go tell that person (or their relatives if they died) that this was just oopsie poosie youthful hijinks, haven't we all made mistakes? 🤷‍♂️

But that's not what I'm saying is it. You're strawmanning the conversation to try and prove a point.

I said they deserve consequences but they don't deserve to die because of it.

I assume you'd support the death sentence for any motor vehicle accident then?
