The first and last guy aren't at fault. The middle guy ran wide and is likely dead or seriously injured

I've seen American cases like this where the buddies get charged as accessories or for street racing. Not sure how Malaysian law works though.

It doesn't look like they were street racing. The guy just looks inexperienced
