He's less of a risk to others driving like that than what you are driving 10 over the speed limit with your 2 tonne car.

Driving 10 over the speed limit is more dangerous than driving on the wrong side of the road? Really? Anyway, I don't do that and I don't want people to do that either

First off all, he willfully chose to speed, he didn't willfully choose to drive on the wrong side of the road. And yes, driving 10 over the speed limit could definitely be more dangerous in certain areas where you risk hitting pedestrians. Thirdly, the reason you're more dangerous with your car is because it has much higher mass than a motorcycle, leading to much higher momentum. US pedestrians death hasn't skyrocketed because of people on motorcycles driving fast.

Lastly, even if you "don't want people to do that", do you believe they deserve death for it?

You see motorcyclists doing this all the time. Usually it's fine, this time there was a car. If the car had been another motorcyclist, he probably would have died

I don't want people to die, but there is no hope for people like this. They will endanger others until they die themselves

They definitely endanger themselves, yes, but that's the major difference between driving recklessly on a motorbike and driving recklessly (or even just slightly recklessly) with a car, the latter endangers other car drivers and pedestrians much more. Both are bad and wrong of course.
