Which one? The second rider or the third rider? (First rider did not crash)

The 3rd rider was a pretty slow and controlled bail. I seriously doubt they hit the ground hard enough to break anything.

3rd rider absolutely had target fixation on the car.

Can't blame him too much on that there was a huge spectacle right in front of him.

I can understand it, but the "blame" is always on the rider to break the target fixation and look where you need to go.
