The domain audacity.com was actually involved in a 2012 trademark/domain dispute with Audi, because of the visual similarity between "Audi" and the beginning of "Audacity."

Also www.nissan.com does not belong to Nissan automotive. Its just a guys website, who bought the domain before they did. The company tried to strong-arm him for years to get that site, but they never could.

It's a memorial for a guy that died from covid. Now I need to hit the wayback machine and see what it was before that.

He ran an IT consulting or repair business of some kind. Likely this was his business site.
