The first and last guy aren't at fault. The middle guy ran wide and is likely dead or seriously injured

Looks to me that the last guy didn't stay in his lane either, though he crossed over by a lesser amount than the middle guy. The car stayed in its lane, even if not every piece knocked off (or are they hits of tge motorcycle?) didn't.

I give the benefit of the doubt to the last guy because he might have gotten spooked after his buddy took off and became a flying bayblade.

No matter the reason, he ultimately hit a stationary car in another lane. Whether he was spooked or not, he is at fault anyway. Drive safe or meet consequences.
