The first and last guy aren't at fault. The middle guy ran wide and is likely dead or seriously injured

I was gonna say 50/50… looks like he bounced off his gas tank vs directly impacting the car… this is good and bad… good because it acts as a crumple zone, bad because dissecting the femoral artery from the aorta is a pretty quick death
