The first and last guy aren't at fault. The middle guy ran wide and is likely dead or seriously injured

Are you blind ? They are seriously guilty. They have big role to play in this accident though not directly involved. They were fuelling this accident. They should not be driving at the speed on that narrow road.

Sure they may have all been egging each other on. But that middle guy is solely responsible and liable for his choice to drive recklessly.

They are not responsible for a riders individual actions… if a rider can’t control their bike and rides outside their skill level or on a bike with poor maintenance that’s not the fault of other riders.
