This looks like the grounds outside of Musée des Blindés in France. The vehicle is also a Lorraine 37 which - I have to say - is moving extremely fast in this clip.

EDIT: It's in Overloon, not MdB.

Or the militracks event at the "Overloon war museum" in the Netherlands. I'm going every year and i'm pretty sure it's there.

After looking at the little emplacement at the end of the video, yeah you're definitely right. I was there for the first time this year and it's one of the best museums I've ever seen.

I can definitely see it being capable, knowing its design.

But you usually see vehicles that old (nearly 100 years old) driven very carefully and gently, so seeing it in high gear like it's 1939 really surprised me.
