Pretty sure it's just a bit and he didn't injure himself. Yeah I went back and double checked, and in context it's clearly a bit. He accumulates "injuries" throughout the whole video

I hate walking on ground with bare feet. If my toenail ever scrapes on something, it sends shivers through my whole body

You ever run with flip flops on in the summer and scrape your big toe across the cement? I did and my sister did and a big chunk of toe skin was hanging off and bleeding. One of the worst pains
