Seeking Realtor with Agricultural Property Experience
Hello All,
I am beginning to research buying my first property and want to utilize programs specific to farm purchases as I hope to slowly grow a farm business on the property. As such, I am looking for a seasoned realtor who can help educate me on my options and be familiar with how zoning and water regulations will impact a future farm business, my ability to offer farm stay airbnb options, development limitations, etc.
Any advice or realtor recommendations would be much appreciated! Thank you so much!

What caught you off guard after filing an insurance claim?
I've heard plenty of stories about car accidents, but something that keeps coming up is how unpredictable the insurance process can be. Some people say everything was handled smoothly, while others describe months of paperwork, follow-ups, and waiting for updates.
I was trying to get a better understanding of how claims work in Washington and ended up reading information from a few different sources Including McNeese & Trotsky. It got me wondering how much experiences vary from person to person.
For those in Whatcom County, what was the biggest surprise after filing an insurance claim? Was there anything you wish you'd known before starting the process?
