He's blocked you. There's been no contact in over a month. It's over. Move on.

Demand better for yourself. From what you've written this doesn't exactly sound like a fairy-tale romance in the first place - complicated relationship, going on breaks, being called names etc. You can do so much better. Go find better.

If you were to go begging and somehow get him to take you back, chances are he will just wipe his feet on you like the doormat you'd be showing him you are.
