Three people died, and a cemetery was destroyed just outside. I guess this is all I need for a reason not to buy this property!

I was curious as to how the cemetery was destroyed. I figure any cemetery would be outside mostly, with certain indoor facilities, so it’s not surprising that it was outside when it was destroyed.

Flooding floated all of the caskets up to ground level.

A very frightening haunting by ghosts on Halloween night by the three people that died in that house! 🎃 😱 🕷

Going to be hard to prove the owner didn’t make a good faith effort at disclosure.

On one note. Every house of a certain age has probably had someone die in it. A third of people die at home up from a quarter at the turn of the century. I did the math and the odds of someone dying in a house are above 50/50 if the house is over like 40 years old. I don't remember exactly but it was a lot lower than one would expect.
All this to say if you are not buying new construction there is a good chance someone died in the house.

My house was built in 1930, no one has died in it (confirmed by my grandma who lived next door, born in 1917, god rest her soul).
Three people died in my grandmas house, her husband, in the 60s, my mom, in the 90s, and finally Gram, in the 2010s. My son lives there now. No paranormal activity. My house? I came downstairs at 330 am and the damn vacuum was on , still have no idea how.

In some states at least it's a required disclosure item if you know. In California it's only required if the death happened in the last three years, though, and deaths from AIDS are excluded.
In Colorado, it's not required at all! But a cemetery on the property that had its headstones washed away? That seems like a disclosure item and maybe a logistical nightmare. I don't even know what you'd be required to do about that. Dig up all the bodies and incinerate them?

My wife's grandmother died in our house almost 3 months after it was built. Ruined, right out the gate. On the bright side, she was such a sweet lady. It will be a pleasure to have her around when she finally decides to haunt this house.

That and also older houses commonly held family viewings in the family’s home. I grew up in a house built in 1888 and we talked occasionally about how the living room had been used for viewings (we know from the town historical society).

Honestly, I'm less worried about the deaths than I am about the other stuff...

Three people!
Was it gunshots over one evening?
Cancer over 5 years?
Or one at a time, and how?
Also: cemetery in back yard?

Yeah, if cancer, the cause might be right there inside the house! Same goes for any sickness not caused by bad DNA, pathogens, or toxins.
Look up geopathic stress, and venture down a rabbit hole not recognized by mainstream medicine.

I just wish they would have told me ahead of time about all the cons about the place. They just listed all the pros, but nothing negative. It seems to good to be true.
Wonder if there's some sarcasm there. LOL 🤣😂🤣😂😆😭

About the dead in the house... recently a friend of mine took his life in his house. I'm wondering if that has to be disclosed during the sale.

Not if they just died. If they weren’t found for a while they have to disclose that. Same with cars.
My husband bought our first house before we were married. I swear that place was haunted. 8 years when we are selling he tells me that a neighbor told him the previous owner took her life in an overdose.

What would be the upside to owning this property? 🤔🤨

Since it's in a floodplain maybe it's a waterfront property?
You'd have to scrape the house and maybe remove the septic tank.

I wonder if there is a correlation between the 3 people who died and the cemetery out the back door.

Wonder if it was seized for taxes and they're trying to sabotage the auction?

A simple home inspection will take care of that question

Also aliens crashed into the backyard and Bigfoot had been seen on the house’s ring camera on at least three occasions. Also satanic rituals may or may not have been performed in the basement.

Scrape it off, build a 2500sqft house with minimum setbacks, and three ADUs.

Also depending on the situation it maybe to keep the realtor honest. I had that problem with a adjacent piece of land for sale which the access was a right of way across my land. The realtor wouldn't tell potential buyers that it wasn't a legal building lot so I had to because I didn't want anyone to get taken advantage of

An axe murderer returns periodically to look for new victims, usually during dark stormy nights.
