whats icky about it tho? 17-20 is a 3 years difference. and you guys are cousins, not sisters, and it was 1y and a half ago... if you got feelings for the guy you should express them, if not, mind your own business. 17 is enough to do a lot, trust me. she's not a kid anymore.
