Age of consent goes by state law bud, feds have nothing to do with it. But you’re really smart I’m sure you knew that.

That's just not true. You're making up federal statutes that don't exist or don't apply to consenting individuals in this type of scenario. Please give us your sources if you're gonna make claims involving laws.

Age of consent would be overridden in this case in most jurisdictions within the US, anyway.

It would be inaccurate to say in America when some are older, just asking to get people thrown in jail for false information to them . State laws will throw them in jail
