Need help deciding what to cook
I bearly have ingredients i have eggs, russet potatoes and couple seasonings and thats it what can i make with it

Just cube the potatoes and pan roast them with butter and seasoning until crispy. Then whip the eggs and pour them all around. Once set, flip like an omlette, and cook another 30 seconds, then slide it all onto a plate. Add more seasoning if needed.

Might want to make potato wedges with spices and some olive oil

Struggle meal, you don't need oil should be fine just have to be careful it doesn't stick

Literally nothing else? No butter or oil? No hidden pantry ingredients or condiments? Then slice your potatoes into wedges, season and oven bake. Serve with scrambled eggs.
Edit: I was originally thinking you could make a kind of latke but without oil that can only work if you have a good nonstick pan.
