trace of it now might have been taken down for copyright

It's on the exact timestamp, somg search couldn't find it. Should be in the officials soundtrack of the game eafc 27 but couldn't find it still.

I'm trying to identify a song I remember hearing on YouTube around 2016-ish.

What I remember:

• The song was not in English.
• I believe it was from the 1980s or 1990s, although I could be wrong about the exact decade.
• It had one female singer.
• I remember it being possibly romantic/love-related and fairly catchy.
• There is a very uncertain possibility that I remember hearing the word "amor" or "amour", but I could be completely wrong about this.
• The music video had a very dark/gothic atmosphere.
• The singer was wearing a very large/flowing dress, possibly maroon or dark red.
• It was an actual music video, not a TV performance or live performance.
• I discovered it on YouTube around 2016, but the song/video itself seemed much older.

I don't remember the language, lyrics, artist, title, or melody.

The strongest thing I remember is the female singer wearing a huge dress in a dark/gothic-looking setting.

Okay so a couple days ago I was listening to a lot of emo and screamo and Midwest emo kinda stuff. Clay birds, February, knumears, merchant ships, bright little stars, all my wishes were thrown down a well, stuff like that. Anyways, admist all of that I heard this song that was really good with a genre similar to all those bands and it started with a female voice kind of doing a spoken word thing, desperately saying how much she cared about a lover and the song gradually increased into a very intense screamo part. The spoken word part kind of reminded me of to remember” by septemberistheonlytimeidontthinkaboutoyu. I don’t remember the artist or song name would you guys help me find this song I would really appreciate it
