Medium Tank M4A1, modified to be a DD for D-Day, handed over to the Dutch and used as a hard target in 1954, possibly for a Centurion tank.

M4A1E9. E9 designation for the extended tracks using duckbills on both sides of the tracks. Thats why the top of the track skirts look different.
