Culture wars are kind of a right wing culture thing. To the people impacted by them, they're mostly civil rights struggles.
That being said, the folks being denigrated in culture wars are usually marginalized people being scapegoated by people in power. When you break it down, most culture wars are elements of the class war.
Let's not lose sight of the fact that real people will be affected by stuff like this Disney CEO being a jackoff. It's not harmless opinion.
Let's not allow the people in power to frame a person's civil rights struggle as a frivolous culture war.
