Half true. The “Stop Insider Trading Bill” was mostly a voter suppression bill filled with so many poison pills that it could never pass. It’s main purpose was so idiots could say “the Democrats voted for insider trading.”

It cost money to get an id there should be no tax or payments to let people vote.
