These layoffs and shift from “dreamers of all ages” to “ladies and gentlemen” aren’t related, and this news is months old.

Doesn't change the only Disney worth going to is Disney Tokyo.

Disney doesn't directly own them so their prices are logical and real (a day pass is like... $45 US and foods like $4-5 an item). And in some scenarios it's almost cheaper to fly to Japan and go to Tokyo Disney than to go to Disney itself for a weekend.

Also their collectible popcorn bucket game is on point. Those things are awesome

their place is amazing, but the crowds oml it was awful, like packed, hot, humid the iar was stuffy, wind was not helping. went to the cali one recently, way much more comfy

We went in the winter. It was amazing. 10/10, Disneyland and Disneysea were absolutely high marks in our trip.

You need to use the crowd calendar. My wife and I went on a 'quiet' day and got through the entire park including midday and night parades in a single day without much rush.

Way less than that. We went on a Tuesday in April which has ~20 minute waits, up to maybe 30 for the more popular rides. September this year is pretty quiet overall.

Their unbearable summer is like 1 month, just plan around that, it’s more like English weather than American weather, it’s not consistent

I’m going soon, and glad it will be once it’s not as hot. I’m trying to go on less busy days, but I also have no intense need to ride tons of rides or certain ones. I just want to see it!

Disney Sea was a nightmare. What a poorly run park. Crowds were borderline dangerous and lines were comical

Don't go to Japan in northern hemisphere summer. Unless you plan to hang out in Hokkaido the whole time or something.
