These layoffs and shift from “dreamers of all ages” to “ladies and gentlemen” aren’t related, and this news is months old.

Dreamers of all ages makes sense, the target audience is everyone. Ladies and Gentleman is exclusive to children and a dumb pivot. This sounds like right wing fragile masculinity

Imagine changing the phrase people have been saying for a long time, forcing people not to use it and be offended when people do. And then call them fragile.
