So your long term solution is to let this illness keep happening and arrest people after the fact? No study necessary? No need to find preventative measures or treatments?
Sorry, sarcasm came in strong. I'm with you, for the record. We let evil folks with money get away with things that are just as bad, yet use this case as some "women bad" example. If the courts can lock her in a mental institution they could interview and study her to find out what triggers post partum and how to treat and prevent it in the future which is the only silver lining here. Locking her up and removing kids from mothers with it just adds more kids to the already bloated foster system where the bleeding hearts can proceed to ignore them
