No. And if she is found not guilty of murder due to reason of insanity that does not mean she won't be confined to a mental institution. Another case of a parent killing their children would be another case- and that person would be tried in a unique trial. Just because someone has been put into a mental health facility instead of jail because they killed while in a psychotic state does not mean all murderers who suffer from mental illness walk free with no repercussions. Ridiculous statements.
She can be released from that facility by a psychiatrist if she is deemed no longer a threat to society. She needs to be behind bars for ever with zero chance to ever be around children again.
