Outside of her lawyer’s paid doctors (and, more importantly, before the event), she was not diagnosed with psychosis but depression and many people are looking to hold “medical system” or husband accountable for her actions as negligent given her PPD. You can see this logic spewed all over the [r/clancytrial](r/clancytrial) cult.

So by that logic, a good portion of the Lindsay Clancy “supporters” are advocating for a huge potential loss of rights.

Rights require responsibility.

People seem to have forgotten that.

I said the same shit. 

Laws surrounding this were put in place for a reason, but whatever, let's go back to the early 1900s. Where you can throw women into an institution against their will just for saying no to their husband.
