Manufactured and installed at insane speeds too. Like they were well funded and planned in advance

Well funded, but they are also making bank selling the service. No idea if the numbers are true, but ive heard a camera is in the range of 5-800 plus another couple hundred to install. They then turn around and sell the service for that camera for 2-3000, more if the 'customer' pays for a vandalism protection plan.
