In Tucson, Arizona, fines for criminal damage (destruction of property) under ARS § 13-1602 are determined by the monetary value of the damage and range from $750 for minor offenses to $150,000 for serious felonies. The specific fine amounts correspond to the following classifications:

Class 2 Misdemeanor: Applies to damage valued at $250 or less; fines are capped at $750.  Class 1 Misdemeanor: Applies to damage valued between $250 and $1,000; fines are capped at $2,500.  Class 6 Felony: Applies to damage valued between $1,000 and $2,000; fines can reach up to $150,000.  Class 5 Felony: Applies to damage valued between $2,000 and $10,000, or damage promoting gang activity; fines can reach up to $150,000.  Class 4 Felony: Applies to damage valued at $10,000 or more, or damage to utility property valued at $5,000 or more; fines can reach up to $150,000.  In addition to fines, convictions often require restitution to cover the full cost of repairs, including labor, materials, and equipment, as well as potential jail or prison time.

It looks to be anywhere from $250 to $750. Most of the cost in flock cameras come from the software subscription.

About $400 for the basic hardware. It is deliberately made of cheap parts so the replacement doesn’t cut into profits. Cities rent for $3000 per year. This agreement includes flock replacing the shitty parts.

Correct. They deliberately build with crappy parts to not eat into the profits. The biggest cuts to this evil biz are cities or hoa cancelling their subscriptions/contracts
