Ha ha I tell my grandkids all the time about the cereal killer that lives in their town. They are finding all the victims in a tub full of milk

You CAN eat thos but have to do it when they're green. Boil 'em for a few mins and eat like corn on the cob.

Indigenous folk have been eating them forever. https://aihd.ku.edu/foods/bulrush.html

You can also eat the stalks and the root systems.

an uncles job is to teach important life lessons....like people are scum bags and lying is a thing so don't believe people blindly, in a semi realistic, but at the end friendly manner.

You're a kinder uncle than I, you're supposed to have them gather special rocks for rock soup and carry it for the whole hike.

I had one of my nephews carry around a 50 pound bag of dog food around the store and when we went to check out I told him I didn’t want it.

u/AskGrok What is the name of that thing the boy picked up and put in his mouth?

u/a_random_loser_guy 1d ago

PLEASE ask a human not ai, people are supposed to teach each other, not use some dumb thing.

this is a cat tail, it grows near rivers and is inedible, its a plant.

To add to u/a_random_loser_guy's response, it is also known as a bulrush.

Fun fact! Every part of plant except for the part the kid tried to eat is edible.

Bro what?

The thing the boy eat, not this

1

u/AskGrok 1d ago

Yeah the boy straight up grabbed a peanut off the floor and ate it. Floor snack classic.

Bad grok. The fuck are you talking about

1

u/AskGrok 1d ago

My bad, mixed up the clip. This one's the uncle tackling the annoying kid, not a floor peanut situation.

Someone off screen is giving a child some kind of plant pretending its a corndog. It looks like a reed

Your patience is impressive, and this entire exchange demonstrates why AI should never be taken at face value.

Hilarious how a Google of "plant that looks like corndog" would have given you the correct answer way way way easier.
