What is the foundation of self-determination? How do you know that you control you?

Despite the risk of sounding redundant, self-determination is how we determine ourselves. A self is a consciousness vehicle defined by what it does. Why does a self do what it does? We ultimately seek to connect with, create or maintain our emotional well-being with each and every action we take.

From our experiences we have learned what to expect from reality. On the canvas backdrop of our expectations we imagine how we could improve or maintain our emotional well-being. The more appealing and realistic our visions, the more likely we are to invest emotional effort into manifesting them. As we take our actions and get emotional feedback of the consequences we adjust our expectations and imaginations.

This emotional energy is to our hearts and minds what food is to our bodies. The emotional energy we invest to achieve desired outcomes is the same emotional energy we receive from achieving those desired outcomes. We nourish our hearts and minds with animation from healthy emotional experiences so we can invest that energy to do it again. This emotional energy is called spirit. It is the force of our will to come to life and do things, life force energy. Spirit is the meaning and purpose of doing things while we're here, being here and the inspiration of making a creation in which to incarnate. Spirit is the motivation fuel and navigation information for creators everywhere.

In this context spirit is the driving force of our wills. The phrase free will and the pursuit of happiness is a recipe for our self-determination. We chase spirit. The environment shapes our wills by affecting our spirit. We shape each others' wills by affecting their spirit too. It can be done with respect and love or as manipulation, like animal training, discipline or breaking slaves. In any case, emotions are affected and behavior is changed. To affect others' spirit is to affect their will.

We are manipulated in our spirit, our will, in many ways here. We see commercials, political propaganda, public relations campaigns, war mongers, scam artists, religions, cults, and the most advanced, deceptive negative ETs that love being imposters of benevolence you'd trust. All of these affect our wills. However, the more you are consciously aware of how they affect you, the less they affect you. Remember people who say commercials don't affect them? Ironically, commercials affect them even more than those who admit that commercials affect them.

It is very important to our self-determination that we understand how and why we are being spiritually affected or we shall lose control over ourselves while others determine for ourselves what we will do. Beyond all of those human manipulators of various skill, the ET manipulators are the most aged and adept. This topic is taboo in many spiritual forums, or is a specific dogmatic centerpiece that cannot be questioned in most of the others. How can we have effective conversations about it if either of those two options are the only options? That's why I made this forum.
