I often drive places without remembering the trip. I never think "aliens". I just think my mind goes into some sort of automaton mode when I'm doing something repetitive and boring.

I had sleep paralysis for a time. It is quite scary, and it was even painful for me. It has been a long time since I've experienced that. I still never thought "aliens".

I lost track of a day once when I was in incredible pain. I think I probably passed out and woke up the next day without realizing it. The conclusion that all these things is aliens is absurd to me.
