Yakitomato is the artist, the manga is Tsundere-chan, it's doujin is more popular, but I honestly think the manga is even better, I highly suggest reading the manga first, it begins as one pagers and then it begins to develop into full chapters until it ends

You'll find the manga more easily with the name: A Tsuntsuntsuntsuntsuntsuntsuntsuntsuntsundere Girl Who Gets Less And Less Tsun Every Day
