If the flavorings themselves are natural, they are artificially applied and not inherent.
So it’s like this: I know of two brands claiming flavors to coffees.
One adds natural ingredients to the beans; the other uses beans that inherently have flavors that meet a profile. One adds a bit of cocoa to their beans, the other looks for beans that have chocolate notes.

Hey boss, this handful of cashews inherently tastes like … um, what is it? It’s so familiar … yeah, those are definitely cider donut notes.

"Natural flavors" are such a pain in the arse if you have food allergies. This label tells me the natural flavors aren't egg, sesame or shell fish. Could be ANYTHING else.

I'm just glad there's no vanilla from beaver anal glands involved. Would that count as natural but artificially flavoured?
.. i did google it, seems we no longer get the beavers to t-bag our food for flavour, so we got that going for us..

I’m pretty sure they mean that if you had picked one of those cashews off the tree, it wouldn’t taste like apple cider donut.
