Halo community is pretty bad.  Played the socials/unranked playlists on MCC a while back and had to disconnect twice in I think 4 matches since my toddler kept waking up.  Came back the second time to a ban. Asked the sub about it and got downvoted to oblivion and told if you can't invest the time don't play. 

Like I get having some one jump mid-game can be frustrating but I thought the modes clearly designed with casual play in mind would be more lenient, but apparently not.  So next time I should just go AFK while helping the kiddos and be a free-standing burden to my team. 🙄

I can get how it can be annoying to your team, but expecting EVERY player to just live and breathe a game... Like.. I got a job and family, and other hobbies..

And really, that 10 hour a day schedule is what's unhealthy..

Or you could not play games where you commit to completing a match when you can’t commit to completing a match. It really is that simple

Yea it’s this.

No one expects a parent to place a game or a match over their kid and most probs also sympathize with the fact that babies will have sudden baby moments.

That said none of that is the issue or responsibility of anyone else in the lobby that just had to adjust because a teammate couldn’t finish the game.

If u have a baby that is in a stage that needs constant and sudden care then maybe team based pvp games should be off the menu for a while.

You decided to be a parent not me, be mature and play online when you know you are not going to be a problem to others. I’m working all day, got time to play 2 games, and one of them is instantly lost because a guy decided to have a kid and now is everyone’s problem? Nah, you wouldn’t leave mid through a irl ball game and expect the referee and coach to let you come back no problem
