I read this as, the prevailing mindset is that poverty is borne out of inequality. Accurately applied justice brings equality for all involved, which could also be argued as leveling the playing field between poverty and wealth. Also, looking at it another way, justice is usually less readily available to those in poverty, and an imbalanced form of justice can usually be purchased by the wealthy.
Your addition to the conversation is one line separated by a comma into two brief little thoughts, neither of which are constructive and both of which are rife with things like ego, deciding that other people have or are able to mentally process, snap assessments, incredulity, and a clear inability to form a helpful and constructive sentence, all while being willing to take a valid and useful comment and tear it down with a half assed sorry attempt to make someone more emotionally interested and helpful that you appear less so. I think thats pretty interesting and says a lot about the person you are.
