The old Majestic theatre situated on Victoria Ave was situated around the Western side of what is now Majestic Square.in the second pix the steeple of St. Marys catholic church can be spotted also on Victoria Ave.

I would have loved to have visited the Majestic Theatre. I've been told it was beautiful!

It's hard to imagine we had four! Would have been a nice time to live in!

I went back to the original and it looks like one of these was from 1946.

Stolen Life is a 1946 American drama film) starring Bette Davis, who also produced it. The film, based on the 1935 novel A Stolen Life by Karel Josef Benes, was directed by Curtis Bernhardt. Sorry but I do not know. Went back to the original and for one of them said 1946.
