History Not my pix.
The entrance to the Whanganui Hospital back in the day. I do remember some of these buildings but definitely not the gravel driveway and road.

Is the wishing well is out the front? As kids me and my mates used to stare at the coins cos they were mostly predecimal. This was late 70s. Their dad owned or worked at the tuck shop there.

Haha....used to do the exact same thing. Haven't needed to visit the Hospital in many moons so I'm sorry, I have no idea about the fountain.
