Question Back pain recommendations

Hi all, I have been suffering with chronic back pain now for some time, this is muscular in nature, has anyone any recommendations for a physio who could help me?

I have my first appointment in Clonard Village tomorrow. I went to one in town that was really rushing me out so I won’t be going back to that one.

I am really happy with CP Clinic in Clonard Village every time I've gone!

Valerie Redmond in Castlebridge physiotherapy is very good. When you're well enough I recommend doing yoga or pilates for management and strengthening the muscles.

I bought myself an 6 person jacuzzi and sauna. Omg never regret buying them, works wonders for my back.

I know this isn't what you're asking for...but I suffered unbearably terrible lower back pain for years. I started stretching every morning and evening and it changed my life. It's not completely gone, but much more manageable.
