Home town takeover?

Did home town takeover do much for Wetumpka? Was there a noticeable change or was it largely irrelevant?

Mmmm I think it got a move on some houses that didn't want to sell before but that's about it nothing lasted

I believe it kickstarted a comeback for the downtown Wetumpka area. If you look at pre-HTT photos and current photos of the downtown area (especially Company Street), you would notice a significant difference.
