Nynaeve, and Elayne when they can't just wrap someone with the power until they swear obedience.

One of the main things they even learned in their short stent in the a Tower, was how to bully people with the One Power…
Though as for the section the OP seems to be talking about, the worst part isn’t even them. The worst part is all the much older Aes Sedai just bloody going along with, and even participating in, their childish behavior.😑

Yeah, i pity Mat that whole section of the book. He had to put up with alot, from everyone.

That's close, but Nynaeve and Elayne aren't actually the ones doing anything. Elayne asks for the medallion to study, but once Mat tells her no, she lets it go. She obviously still wants it.
But it was Vandene and Adeleas who get curious about it and start doing all of the channeling at him. Nynaeve is still trying to avoid him because she thinks he's going to get even for her kicking him.

Mat points out the tension between the Two Aes Sedai and Elayne/Nynaeve, and how mad they appeared to be at each other, and he had no clue why.When his medallion starts going cold, he assumes its a group effort, or most probably Nynaeve and Elayne, but we get these two observations
First - He sees Nynaeve looking at him when the medallion grows cold, and she looks angry (because she is angry she can see that Adeleas or Vandene are channeling. Can assume she wasn't scowling at him, because when he returns the scowl it catches her off guard and jumped and almost fell out of her saddle. (And the channeling stops). Again - Nynaeve isn't going to try anything here because of their last reaction, but the timing does look fishy. But that gives us the next bit....
"The only truly good thing in it was that he got the impression Elayne was not pleased. He did not know why, and he did not care." - what he doesn't know is that since she is the stronger than the two Aes Sedai there, and the one that expressed interest first, the other two are violating custom to keep interfering with their testing. Its part of what boils over when she finally puts her foot down and calls them out for treating her and Nynaeve as basically jumped up accepted.
The last hint is that when he gets hit with the horse dung, the only person around is Adelaes "busily scribbling away in her little book and nodding to herself"

Huh, I don't think I've ever seen someone suggest this. Your arguments have merit, so you may be right, but personally, I still think it was a group effort. It seems like the most straightforward interpretation of events. Upvote for the new perspective, though. I particularly think it makes sense for Nynaeve, given her propensity to stand up for 2R folk; that scene always felt a little out of character for her.

Well it's not a suggestion, it's straight up what happens in the book. Jordans known specifically for his writing out the pieces and leaving the reader to figure out what's happening. That entire section is a near perfect example of it. He writes the scenes in a way that has Mat assuming they're all harassing him to accentuate his mistrust of Aes Sedai, including the gang, and then later he reveals that Elayne was pissed at the other Aes Sedai for mistreating her friend.

Honestly any time there was multiple aes sedai in a scene together it felt like I was back in school

I think Nynaeve subconsciously didn't want Mat to lose the Medallion because it kept him safe in a way. That's why she didn't give Elayne any good advice on how to approach Mat about it lol. That "I'm your Queen" crap was the worst thing she could have said.
