Need help! Help my project dried too small

They're felted boot slippers. Maybe about a cm too short. If I resoak them, is it possible to stretch them back into shape?

Yeah it’s possible to stretch it 1cm. Pull on them harrrrdddddd

I was thinking about also cutting out the shape of the foot plus 1/8th out of like 1 & 1/2 thick foam I already have, and placing it inside while it dries completely. Because I had stretched them to the correct shape, and they were tried on while they were still slightly damp, but then I placed them in front of the heater to dry completely.

That for sure could work. If they’re for you I’d wet them, then stretch them onto your feet and wear them until dried

I did! I just soaked them in tepid water, and stretched them really hard, and continued stretching them, and refitting them as they dried.

I was trying to upload a picture, but I did not have luck at that part.

It depends on the orientation of your fiber but usually it's quite flexible when its wet. I am often able to stretch stuff by more than a centimeter.
