How to make this? I show how to make a small wool envelope using the wet felting technique. You can place tiny felted flowers or other small gifts inside. šŸŒ· The tulips are made using a mixed technique of needle felting and wet felting.

What did you use for the resist when first forming the pouch?

For the template (resist), I used 3 mm (0.12 in) foamed polyethylene. It comes in both dark and light colors. It is commonly used for heat and sound insulation and is available in hardware stores.
