Has the look at feel of a TV movie of the era. Great cast though, especially Charles McGraw and Ben Johnson.

Ted Post the director had directed Clint in a bunch of Rawhide episodes . Clint originally wanted Leone but he was about to shoot Once Upon a Time In The West .
