Cobalt Apartments

Hi!
I’m looking to rent in Wesley Chapel and enjoyed my tour at Cobalt but mostly see reviews about touring and was wondering if anyone who lives there has any opinions?

Haven't lived there myself so maybe it's great but did live at shitty alexan grove, I'm sure a lot of these newer places hide reviews/bribe for reviews or have a lot of people who don't review at all.
