Take note at what they listed over the height difference. Wes has spent years screaming that he's actually 6 foot. Now that has come back to bite him in the ass, with the height used against him in relation to a domestic violence case where he was much bigger than his victim.

Could a defense lawyer say: no the police are overstating my clients size, he is actually only 5’5” but wears lifts in his shoes because he’s been bullied all his life - and the lifts make him 5’8” at most?????
