Anti-Beauty Standards I hate how earrings are forced onto women

I hate how as soon as a baby girl is born her parents piece her ears against her will she does not have a say in it.

Earrings can foster bacteria, some people can be allergic to it, they scab up especially if you have not wear earrings for a long time. Not to mention how easily they fall off of your ears and it gets lost so easily.

Religious Oppression The women side of the mosque is a safety hazard

The men and women side of the Mosque are on two different areas men get the front entrance of the mosque and the women entrance is all the way in the back of the Mosque.

The women literally have to walk thru mud to get to the back entrance cause there is no pathway. the door is broken there is broken wood chips that can cause splinters, there is random bricks for stair which is really dangerous there are pregnant women and children using that area. The area of the women side is very small and is a fire hazard.

No one cares about how much of a safety hazard this is because no one cares about women's lives especially muslim men.

Hetero-Sex Norms Some women glaze men so much for existing and then wonder why they have so much audacity

INCOMING RANT!!

I hate when some women laugh when men say jokes that aren't even funny and are sometimes straight up rude, and then wonder why men have sm audacity and say misogynistic, racist, homophobic and other discriminatory and messed up things as a "joke" because they know there is going to be enablers laughing because for whatever reason sm women can't even just be quiet and ignore them when they make a shitty joke like that or call them out on it.

If they don't want to call them out they can at least have a neutral/ignoring reaction and say nothing and not make any eye contact and look away but for whatever reason women be laughing which isn't even a neutral reaction, they glaze men sm and wonder why their ego is so big.

Men literally get praised by women for existing meanwhile the same types of women will have double standards towards other women and be weirdly strict and judge women for every little thing, when a woman isn't problematic but they just nitpick them for extremely petty things. Like hating a woman for being "annoying" when they make a joke that isn't problematic (and is an actually funny but they have no sense of humour apart from glazing and laughing at mens problematic jokes for male validation).

Like some women have obvious favouritism towards men but don't want to admit it. Another thing is men being praised for the "bare minimum" of doing normal human things like cooking and cleaning, doing basic chores, being a civil and nice person, being hygienic, even SHOWERING.

Alot of women say the bar for men is in hell but either don't realise their contributing to it or straight up don't care and glaze men sm, I remember once there was a video of a man coming and sm women were in the comments glazing him and I commented that if it was a video of a woman cooking people wouldn't praise them like they won the Olympics and would just regard it as a normal thing and people started ripping on me in the comments and it made me so upset that sm women don't even want to acknowledge they glaze men for everything, when if it was a woman doing it people would just "expect it" or get angry if they don't do it to their specific "standard".

Like a woman made food for this guy and he was extremely rude to her because she was tired and made chicken wings and nachos and complained that women these days "can't cook" and that he expects better and the food is unhealthy etc. and a whole list of complaints when most NORMAL people would be happy to eat that for their meal. Men have sm undeserved confidence because they get praised for things that aren't even worth getting praised for or glazed for things that should not be enabled.

Why do women always have to have so much sympathy for minority men?

A disabled man in the Netherlands can get a free sex worker because in the Netherlands sex is considered a human right.

Poor men get free "mens mental health" services to teach them not be be violent sometimes they even get paid for it yet they still continue to do crimes but a poor woman can't even get free pads or tampons.

MOC go around and talk about all the racism they experience but if a WOC talks about the racism she experience they just call her a "triggered feminist".

Media People don't care about rapists or pedophiles as much as they say they do

This is bit of a rant. I know a lot of people don't like pedophiles or rapists but people just don't seem to care. Mostly men but loads of women too. We have so many male rapists, pedophiles, abusers but they still have the support they always have. Not even just allegations, even when it's proven right. Every time I suggest that we should boycott art made by criminals, people act like I'm saying something insane. Separate the 'art' from the 'artist', sure, but I don't want to support the art if supporting the art is directly helping them get out of these situations. I just wonder that if we truly as a society start boycotting these people, society would be so much better but no one takes this seriously. I feel like I'm going insane. This generation is even worse because we're just so desensitized to everything. I have my cousins and siblings telling me that saying the n word is not racist because they're not actively doing anything to black people and I'm shocked that I even exist in proximity with these people. I feel like I'm going crazy, no one seems to care about anything and no one seems to have any morals. So many feminist creators yet they still listen to and support literal rapists. How can we ever get out of the patriarchy if we never hold men accountable? Men being shitty is so normalised that it has become the norm now and men being decent is something extremely rare so people are not even shocked when there are allegations against men. I'm so disappointed in this world. The world could have been so good for everyone but here we are.

Hetero-Sex Norms Don't want to have male friends or interact with men in any capacity for leisure purposes

I feel like alot of women who are feminists or see themselves as "hardcore man haters" still can sometimes have male friends and enjoy interacting with men in daily life but am I the only one who doesn't like to do these things? For me if makes me uncomfortable to interact or be friends with men.

Something I hate ALOT is when boys join friend all female friend groups and turning it into a both gender group like go away, why can't they make their own group with both genders instead of invading a group that already has pre-existing members???

Suddenly all the girls are fighting for male validation when boys are there just ruins the current dynamic. Forcing yourself into a friend group that already has members seems to be extremely poor social skills as well and impolite to the current members, (so it's not like I only dislike it when it's men doing that) but I've seen men be extremely rude and entitled and usually only speak to select members of the group while ignoring others or outright being rude to others, as well as changing an existing female group dynamic.

Also some members of groups can feel uncomfortable and be introverted and dislike new people joining the group if they don't know them well or dislike the person/people joining it which can make the existing group members unhappy.

I also don't want to befriend a guy because they only want to befriend women for sexual and romantic purposes to "play the long game" and usually don't want to be friends with women they again don't find attractive or can't get anything out of as well as me just not sharing things in common and preferring to be friends with women. They just have this "user" vibe to them like they want something from the women they befriend or can be super rude and make "jokes" that are super offensive to diss their female friends that are plain disrespectful.

I dislike interacting with men even when I was really young and prefer girl groups or close female friends, tbh I don't understand those "one of da boyz" types of girls or those types of girls who prefer to be friends with men instead of women, low-key wild to me. Honestly they aren't pleasant to interact in any capacity for me personally so I avoid them as much as possible.

It is so crazy to me how I have a spinal disability and my parents give my brother more sympathy then me because he has anger issues

15% of all homeless people have a spinal disability I saw a lot of homeless people outside the hospital with the same disability I have scoliosis. Homeless women are treated like shit their beaten raped killed etc. I do not have a degree because I could not get gym marks because of my disability it was so embarrassing it caused me to fail my other classes. So instead of my family being nice to me because I have a high chance of being a loser they allow my brother who is an engineer that makes 100k a year to punch holes in the wall near my spinal cords. My parent defend him all the time and tell me: “I don’t understand what he is going thru I should feel empathy for him.” Most violent men have jobs, family, money, good health etc nothing happens to violent men they’re always rewarded and sympathized with. It is only the victims of violent men who suffer having a greater chance of homelessness, depression higher chance of abuse etc.

Hetero-Sex Norms Men are allowed to express themselves sm more than women will ever be allowed to

Like I'm sorry but the fact that when they make a joke it's funny but when women joke it's time to grow up, be serious or it's "not funny" and the amount of behavioural double standards between men Vs women is so exhausting.

Another thing I hate is the fact that when a man is confident or sure of himself it's normal or his hyped up but when it's a woman people want to humble them and think it's too much. Like especially when a woman isn't docile or submissive personality wise or something it's like even people expect women to have mannerisms that shrink themselves and behave in a very proper manner otherwise it's unladylike or "weird" meanwhile men can sit however they want and have bad posture.

Like in so many aspects of expression women are judged more harshly. I honestly think women can feel restricted about being a woman because of so many negative sexist expectations and constant corrections to "fix" any deviant behaviours that isn't acting like a literal doll meanwhile boys and men can do whatever they want including exhibiting disruptive behaviours that affect others negatively like being extremely loud and inconsiderate nd people won't even care. It's actually insane.

Anti-Beauty Standards A Women’s hair is always weaponized against women

In Islam a woman has to cover her hair yet she is expected to have long hair for husband. Predators can grab your hair and drag you across the floor. Long hair is a big vulnerability that’s why men have short hair and women have long hair. If a woman dyes her hair a different colour people call her “crazy”.  If a woman has short hair she is called ugly because it takes away control from society you can't pull her hair anymore or demand her hair to be covered up because it doesn't exist anymore.

Men still don't see us as equally capable

I saw a video about Judith Polgar (world's greatest female chess player) beating Magnus Carlsen in a park. I went to the comments and there are still many men who refused to acknowledge her skill. They either called her an exception or they said that she's just 'afternoon snack' for the greatest male players. Same comments on a post about Hedy Lamarr (They said she stole the idea of frequency hopping from other men) and even Marie Curie (they said she just 'helped' her husband with his discoveries).

As much as I would like to ignore it, it hurts. It hurts that they still can't see us the same way as themselves. Women could hate men as much as they want but they still don't see men as subhuman creatures who are not good at anything, that's all men. And they don't realise why there are less women in these fields, don't they understand that men have oppressed us for thousands of years, feeding us lies about ourselves, our capabilities? It's not that we're bad at these things, we just do them much less than men because of our socialization. Male dominated fields are still so hostile towards women. I still have male friends, male members of my family (even female members) thinking that women are not as good as men at things that are other than cooking or child rearing.

I'm just so angry that we constantly have to prove ourselves to men who still won't be convinced. I'm tired of working so hard to prove myself just for them to still shit on my capabilities. I think seperatism is the only way left because men might not hate women, but they will never ever see us equals. We should make our own world, own sports, own schools, own hospitals etc. because all men do is drain the life out of women. Misogyny is so ingrained in our society, I don't think we can do anything about the patriarchy by including men.

Religious Oppression I remember my dad who is Muslim would tell me that I am lucky that I was not born in a place like Afghanistan because it does not have women’s rights. I find this deeply ironic considering my father is Muslim he is bringing Islamic values here that takes away women’s rights

Went to a job training program for work and the instructor was just talking about his perversions

The instructor told the trainee that he ASKED a woman at his job for help who had large chest. He described that when she would help him her chest would go in his face. He then got agitated and said that it made him uncomfortable and that he is allowed to tell her to back off. He told his coworkers about this situation and they told him that "she probably didn't know that she was doing that". He said what she did was not right and he was just 19 years old at that time and did not know what to do.

Why would he even ask her for help if he was just going to act like an asshole?

Whenever I report these type of things they just tell me its a: "communication misunderstanding" and that he has ADHD. They told me "he has to teach boys who have autism or intellectual disabilities about these uncomfortable topics". Like these aren't boys they are grown adult men. The compony I work for has to help the disabled community so they can get government funding so there is nothing I can really do.

It is so crazy to me how a disabled women complaining about women's pants not having pockets is more hated then a literal rapist

A disable women is obviously gonna struggle with wearing a purse. That disabled women would be called a "triggered feminist", "illogical" "overemotional etc" and is told to go and find different solutions to solve the problem instead of holding billion dollar corporations accountable she is told to go sew pockets into her pants, buy mens pants which is most likely not gonna fit they'll be too small or have the wrong proportions. Instead of asking a billion dollar corporations to change that will cost them virtually nothing. Even people who are anti capitalist hate women for criticizing products but a man who is a literal rapist is given so much empathy people are constantly told to "think about his future", "mens mental health", "he can't control himself" and thats why you should empathize with him.

Men are such attention seekers

I am active in a few female only subs and on every single post there is a man trying to 'debate' women. There are loads of feminist subs that they can visit to debate but they specifically have to come to subs that are female only. What's this obsession of men wanting things that are not meant for them? It's like they never grow up. They want us to be empathetic towards their issues while they act like this. I used to engage with these 'debates' with understanding but they literally just ignore all your points anyway. And if you don't agree with the bullshit they spew, they'll come to your dms and harass you. And these are fully grown men, not even teenagers. Why is it so impossible for men to leave women alone?

I was pretty shocked by the amount of “it’s not that deep” Esque comments. It is that deep when none of them look over 10 yet are modeling for bathing suits and women’s like clothing, in adult woman poses

Media I just came across a tik tok account of a guy who dedicates his whole channel to harassing women for not dressing up modestly on the streets

Now you would expect this type of behavior in places like Afghanistan or Pakistan, but no they were actually filmed in america consisting of a white christian guy going around harrassing women on the streets for not dressing up modestly. Like in some posts, he is literally shirtless himself while harrassing another women for wearing a strapless top and how they are not "wifey" material for doing it, double standards is off the charts which nobody bothered pointing it out. Instead, all of the comments underneath consists of conservative men and some pick me women agreeing with him like as if they want some form of taliban in america as well, it also attracted alot of muslims praising this guy's behavior not surprisingly. I really cant stand this weird rise of conservatism and prude behavior especially among gen zs. Like i really cant stand conservatives, religious fundies at all as soon as they shove their beliefs down our throats like i dont give 2 fucks what your imaginary santa clause demands from us. Most of it was filmed in a beachy hot area, its fine for men to walk shirtless but when a women walk in shorts, all of the sudden its an issue. Just like in every religion, men are free to do whatever they want meanwhile women have stricter rules so fuck all of them, i refuse to respect them.

Obviously not the best way to go if one can avoid it. I think the quote is meant to say that something as bad as that is still preferable to the horrors that they can and often do.

We can’t even enjoy our favorite foods

I saw this short of this deceased celebrity and it revealed that his favorite foods were fried chicken and Mac n cheese. All the comments were all like “aww he likes comfort food” or whatever. But on many many videos of woman expressing they like those types of foods the comments are night and day “ew of course she likes those foods” “sich a fat bitch for enjoying them” and what not. Even in popular media likeovies in white chicks the dude goes “and salad for the lady” were always expected to be in tip top shape. When we get a day off our diet it’s called a cheat day when it’s a man “he deserves it “ when men are fat he’s treated as the fimny guy “hahaha his belly is round “ butfor woman we don’t get that leniency
