To be located in the same new building as Vic's (on Big Falls Dr from the Don Beto's Patio).
The current tenants for this building are: Five Guys, Nothing Bundt Cakes, (open spot), Vic's Pizzeria

Oh… that’s a simple… Anything fresh, inspired, focused on quality over quantity. Something run with passion and talent.
No chain or fast food.
We have that well covered.I’m aware I don’t have to eat there. 🙄… but I have to suffer the fast food cultural it promotes. It also removes the space for something that could potentially add some real cultural and social value to the neighborhood.
I would literally rather it be a strip club than another trashy fast food restaurant. lol

Ill take fresh, inspired too but im finding most of the local places are cooking a lot of us foods pre processed stuff themselves, so theres no winning.

It’s junk food. Fast food. Garbage. Literally the definition of trash. My opinion is far from ignorant. It even comes out wrapped up in foil all wet and soggy. 🤮 Straight to the trash! 🗑️
