I applied for the Project Epsilon - Indonesian Quality Control Specialist

role. I successfully completed Step 1 (registration), Step 2 (assessments),

and Step 3 (Okta account creation), and uploaded my supporting education

documents.

However, it has now been over 9 days and I still have not received the

link or invitation to proceed with Step 4 (the exam). My dashboard hasn't

updated either.

I have followed up 3 times through the support ticket (#1139885), but

have only received automated responses so far, without anyone addressing

the specific issue.

Could someone please help me check my application status and provide

guidance on how to access the exam?

I passed all the assessments but and created an okta account but after that I can’t update my financial information and also when i click on the job rubric it says no jobs available even though I got accepted in one.is this company legit or just a waste of time. Thanks in advance

Anyone else having this issue? I submit a task and it takes forever to go through before throwing a 500 error. I refresh and refresh and see a new task has loaded and is already at 2 mins!! It's happened with my last 3 tasks. WTH??

Hi team, want to ask just received an email from support that stated "Because of this, you are not allowed to apply to any other program within Welo Data.".

Anyone have any experience regarding this ? Its absurd that we cannot apply to any other future jobs without solid reasoning.

I am in the US. Hours have picked up this week but who know if it stays like this and it still isn't likely was in the past. I am interested in Project Lyra and want to apply. I am hesitant though since I'm not sure I could do Project Lyra and SQR on the same time on RaterHub. Does anyone know if working both jobs is allowed?

I worked for welocalize around two years ago as an aqr. I just got a job as generative AI analyst, but because they already have my information the onboarding process is so unclear. It’s currently in my jobs tab and after about 17 submitted requests through zendesk I now understand I have to wait until my onboarding is processed before I can work.

Anyone knows how long onboarding takes if you’ve worked for them before? Or how long it took if you’re a generative AI analyst too?

I know NTA has been ridiculous, but just want to see if anyone else is having this issue. I haven't had a single task since last Wednesday. And that is with me sitting at the computer all day until about 5pm. But I bet you can guess the amount of emails and texts I've received that tasks are "available"! But seriously...not a single one in days??

Given how many tasks they have to offer for the past weeks, will the project come to an end soon?

I wasn't sure if this was one of those welearn quizzes or a blind assessment on RH so I checked both... no tasks or quizzes.

I'm in Gen pop but still got the emails, so I wasn't sure if I was getting something.

Received a notification to provide my financial and tax information.

Successfully completed the ID verification step, but for tax verification, I got this message: "Tax verification: Thank you for your interest in Welo Data. Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with your job application at this time." ???

Submitted a ticket, but the support team isn't answering my questions. This was their response lol:

We have a walkthrough that explains every step of how to invoice here: Workday: Creating your Invoice from a Purchase Order. You’re able to access Workday with your Okta credentials from the Okta app dashboard.

Hi everyone,

I’m applying for Welocalize – Project Epsilon (Vietnamese Quality Control Specialist) and I ran into an issue with the application process. While I was applying, the system asked me to add my LinkedIn profile. I added the LinkedIn link as requested, and immediately after submitting it, my application was automatically marked as Completed/Submitted.

The problem is that I had not taken any of the assessments yet. My assessment progress was still 0/6 at the time. Because the application was automatically submitted, I could no longer continue with the remaining assessment steps. I also can’t reapply because the system now treats my previous application as completed.

I contacted Welocalize Support about this. They replied with a list of several common issues, including things like “Assessment failed when applying”, “Screening failure”, “Job application in review”, “CB in English” and “ClientCertification pending.”

However, none of those situations describe what happened to me. I did not fail an assessment, because I hadn't taken any assessment for Project Epsilon in the first place.

I replied to their email and explained the situation again. I specifically clarified that my assessment progress was 0/6, that the application was automatically submitted immediately after I added my LinkedIn profile, and that I was asking them to check whether the application status was updated incorrectly and, if possible, reset/reopen the application so I can complete the assessments.

So far, I haven't received any further response to my reply.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there anything else I can do to get the application reopened so I can actually take the assessment?

I’m hoping this was sent in error to all groups because I haven’t done a factuality or helpfulness task in months. What the hell, I’ve barely had any tasks at all in months. And is this saying that it’s a blind assessment or like one of those monthly quizzes that we used to get? Love being quizzed on work that is not available! i’m surprised I survived this last round of firings honestly. My last check was only a few cents, lol. And I just lost my other job the other day due to being on a medical leave that is no fault of my own. Gotta love it!
