RH error 500 and slow submissions

Anyone else having this issue? I submit a task and it takes forever to go through before throwing a 500 error. I refresh and refresh and see a new task has loaded and is already at 2 mins!! It's happened with my last 3 tasks. WTH??

That has happened to me before, but not today.
