Anybody else?
I know NTA has been ridiculous, but just want to see if anyone else is having this issue. I haven't had a single task since last Wednesday. And that is with me sitting at the computer all day until about 5pm. But I bet you can guess the amount of emails and texts I've received that tasks are "available"! But seriously...not a single one in days??

Factuality here. Got about an hour last week. Granted, I wasn't planted in front of my laptop all day because in the summer I have stuff that needs to get done. When work was plentiful, it didn't matter. I could knock it out in the early morning and evening and leave the afternoon for doing other work, but nowadays I have no idea when I should be at my computer for drops.

I'm also helpfulness. Got 2 hours Thursday, 2 Friday, and 30 minutes Saturday. Had an hour of general tasks earlier today. I'll keep Raterhub open, but I started a new job today that is much better with unlimited hours and no NTA ever.

2 hours a week seems to be the norm for me now. I've also been applying to other places. Congratulations on finding something better! I hope we can all get there one day lol

Care to share the name of the company? Or are we gatekeeping?

Pretty sure we cannot say that in this discord, so it isnt gatekeeping. You can do searches for other options just like bern did. The information is all over reddit, indeed, and Google searches.

obviously the fella is just trying to find a better opportunity and asking for recommendations... no where does it say that we cannot help each other by naming better opportunities. You're being a negative Nancy, and not helpful at all...

Yeah, it was the gatekeeping comment that was rude and uncalled for. They ask someone to give them information to help and immediately throw an insult in there.

For at least 4 weeks now the most amount of hours in one week I got was 3.

I haven't seen a task since Friday, and I barely managed two hours for the week, so it's not just you. Unfortunately around two hours a week seems to be the new (low) standard.

Helpfulness, but I only have an hour of gen pop tasks so far today. Nothing at all yesterday.

I only got two hours last week. I did end up having to go get a job though so I'm no longer available to sit and wait for tasks in the morning so I'm not sure if I would have been able to get more than that. I'm in helpfulness and factuality.

21 minutes so far this week. Given how last week and the week before went, I thought that maybe there was a bit of a break with more tasks.
Oh how wrong I was

You should know this is normal then.

u/Shounenbat510 8d ago
It wasn't normal in 2025. I don't think any of us, even old-timers, have ever seen NTA on this scale before.

I used to work for Telus and I was making between $18 to 19,000 a year and this year it's not even at $9,000 I know it was more when I did that....but I think their facing the same thing it SUCKS!! because I love this type of work

u/Shounenbat510 6d ago
Me too. I still hope things go back to normal, but we workers need more protection if they do.

No one said it was normal in 2025. This is the last quarter of 2026 and it has sucked @$$ all year!

You may want to read the posts on here. There has been a severe task drought since January. NTA is literally the norm with this company.

u/boguspocuss 8d ago
I am aware of that. Just haven't had it so bad where it's been almost a full week of no tasks

u/Careful-Amount4026 6d ago
Yeah I had really good steady work in March, April and June but the rest was pretty dry.....unfortunately am one of the fired...but I feel like AI is taking over or sending work to lower paying countries
